Here you can find an answers to the frequently asked questions people have when they are renting a vehicle in Tbilisi or other cities of Georgia at our company.

Valid driver license and passport.

The daily car rental rate based on a 24-hour rental day starting with the hour you pick up the car, insurance, and all government taxis are included in the rental price.

Rental car, third party liability, drivers and passenger accident insurance is included in the rental price.

We will hold the amount of $100 in cash as a guarantee to cover any possible damages to the vehicle which are not covered by insurance, or insurance franchise which will be held by the company in regards to reimburse the damage.

There is no cancellation cost with GSS Car Rental so long as you notify the company in advance about it, via email or by phone.

We don’t have any other charges for the additional drivers.

You may only cross the border to Armenia or Azerbaijan with the rental car, the border crossing documentation has to be prepared in advance in regards to travel to those destinations.

You can pick up the car either at the airport or at the company office.

You should email or call us.

You either visit our office, call or send us an email with personal details, asking us for an extension, it isn't possible to extend via our web page for the moment.

Payment can be made either via wire transfer or by cash, Visa and MasterCard are accepted as well.

In case of a road traffic accident or mechanical or other kinds of damage to a vehicle, the customer must summon patrolling police and document the incident. She/he must also call GSS Car Rental or representative of “ALDAGI” on the following phone number: (995 32) 2444999 and inform insurance agent about the above-mentioned fact, otherwise, the insurance company will disengage itself from the reimbursement obligation.

We don’t have any restrictions on mileage.

The company will provide the car with a full tank of fuel, and it should be returned with a full tank, otherwise, missing fuel will be reimbursed by customer.

Yes, you will still be able to have the car.

Yes, we provide child seats, the company should be notified about it in advance, it has an additional cost.

Yes, we provide GPS devices, company should be notified about it in advance, it has an additional cost, but take into account that the devices are not very accurate. We suggest using offline application Maps.me or Google maps and Waze.
