Can I pick up the Cherokee in Telavi?
Yes. Two Jeep Cherokees are based in Telavi. Pick up and return in Telavi has no delivery fee. A one way trip between Telavi and Tbilisi costs 250 GEL.
Can I drive the Cherokee to Kazbegi in winter?
Yes. Winter tires are included, and snow chains cost 15 GEL per day. The Jvari Pass closes after heavy snow, so check the road status before you go. Read our winter driving guide.
Can I take the Cherokee to Armenia?
Yes. The border crossing fee is 190 GEL, the minimum rental is 5 days, and you need your passport and driving license. Armenian TPL insurance is bought at the border. Citizens of Eurasian Economic Union countries cannot cross with a Georgian rental car.
What do I need to rent it?
Drivers must be 23 to 75 years old with at least 3 years of driving experience. Bring your passport and license, plus an International Driving Permit if your country requires one. The security deposit is 200 USD in cash, or no deposit with Full Insurance.
